We monitor systems to ensure that all services are up and running. Our monitoring system checks server metrics such as CPU usage, memory usage, disk usage, RAID arrays, outgoing spam, and service responsiveness (HTTP, MySQL, FTP, SSH, DNS, etc.). If a service fails, our technicians are alerted immediately to resolve the issue.
All services are extensivly server hardened to secure your service against attacks. This includes CrowdSec/LFD Firewall configuration, disabling unneeded services, securing temporary directories (/tmp, /var/tmp, /dev/shm), installing rootkit detectors, and implementing custom security rules.
If you have either purchased Imunify360 from us or directly from Imunify 360, this then becomes the multi-layered Firewall system protecting your VPS and dedicated server. With our Single Website Hosting and Reseller Hosting you have the protection of Imunify 360 included.
Unfortunately it is a fact of life that disasters happen, but we are prepared. If your server experiences a catastrophic failure, hardware crash, or security compromise, our emergency team works around the clock until your server is completely restored. We will reinstall AlmaLinux and cPanel, configure them, and restore your hosting accounts as quickly as possible to minimise downtime, assuming you have ours or some other remotely hosted backup space option. This enables us to restore accounts from their remote location. For VPS and dedicated server customers our remote backup space is highly advisable for exactly this scenario.
For single website hosting and reseller hosting services our remote hosted backup space retaining 30 days of backups of all your accounts is already included.
Moving to a new hosting service can be a daunting and stressful task. We take the stress out of migrating by handling the entire process for you. We migrate all cPanel accounts, databases, emails, configuration settings, and SSL certificates from your old server to the new one with zero data loss and minimal downtime. This is conditional on the source server being a cPanel system where you can provide us with root login credentials or at the least the cPanel login's of accounts needing to be migrated.
Bloated or poorly configured website software can slow databases and cause your websites to load slowly or throw database connection errors. We analyze your active database configurations and optimise server variables based on your specific workloads. This includes adjusting query cache sizes, connection limits, buffer pools, and temporary table sizes to unlock optimal execution speeds. However, if the culprit is your chosen website software then this is something you or your developer will need to attend to, we will advise you.
When files are accidentally deleted, or you have updated your website and accidentlly broken it and can't fix it, a quick recovery is crucial. For single website and resller hosting you are well covered by 30 days of backups being safely stored offsite. For VPS and dedicated server customers we strongly recommend taking up our remote backup storage space option teamed with JetBackup5.
