You should make this clear on your site but I get everything like heaps of remote backups, litespeed, cloudlinux and the cpanel licences are all included with your reseller plan. I wish I had noticed this before. I guess I’m now on a server sharing with other resellers, but I can’t notice any difference in speed with any of my customers websites so that is a big relief. Late last year my small web design and hosting business had to take a backseat due to a really difficult personal matter. "I do web site building and web site hosting. I have built 34 Word Press web sites and host all of them except for two. I also host other web sites made by other web site builders. Reliability and performance are the main things for me but it must be managed as I need that taken care of. I can't go creating crazy excellent Word Press web sites but then the hosting lets them down. That is what was happening before my accountant suggested Netports. I wasn't sure about going with you because you are expensive but I have no regrets so far. All I can say is our VPS does the job and does it really good which is what I am paying you for. "It’s not all smooth sailing. I had a lot of trouble trying to run custom software I once developed for my own hosting customers, I am a website hoster too. It took Netports support a full day and night to fix this. My other server provider was usless, they demanded $180 per hour admin time just to "look at it" so I left them. But I am pleased Alexander (I thnk Charlie also worked on it too) finally got it working but it took time. Then there was a network issue at the datacenter complex which took my dedicated server offline for two hours. This was real bad but this was not your fault."
